Bleeding Disorder Home Infusion Program

This document was developed on behalf of the Ontario Hemophilia & Bleeding Disorder Treatment Centre’s by Ontario’s Hemophilia Provincial Coordinator. It is intended to support awareness within Transfusion Medicine Services of the home infusion program model for patients with bleeding disorders and to provide context on current practices across the province.
