Recommended Indications in which IG can be used

Recommendations	IVIG is recommended as second-line therapy when there is insufficient response to steroids or other standard immunosuppressant therapies.
Dose/Frequency of Administration	Induction: 1 to 2 g/kg adjusted body weight divided over 1 to 5 days (maximum 1 g/kg/day). Maintenance: 1 g/kg adjusted body weight divided over 1 to 3 days (maximum 1 g/kg/day), every 4 weeks
