Recommended Indications in which IG can be used

Recommendations	IVIG is recommended for women with a previously affected pregnancy.
Dose/Frequency of Administration	1 g/kg (capped at 60 g per week) for at-risk mothers at 14 weeks, 16 weeks, and then weekly from 18 weeks’ gestation until delivery between 37 and 38 weeks. The dose is based on the mother’s adjusted body weight at initial presentation and is continued unchanged throughout pregnancy.
