Improve Healthcare Resources in Transfusion Medicine

We would like your help in assessing the current quality and availability of resources for healthcare professionals in the transfusion medicine community environment.

We are conducting a survey to cross examine the resources that are of greatest value to you and explore which are the best venues for you to access these resources.

Your feedback will in turn help improve the outcome for patients across the province of Ontario, since it will help all healthcare workers gain access to the transfusion medicine resources that prove to be the foremost resources in the field.

The Survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
