RecommendationsIVIG may be considered in severe disease when there are maternal antibodies against fetal antigens and a high risk of early fetal hydrops or death.

Management should be under the direction of a high-risk obstetrician or maternal-fetal medicine specialist, with assistance from hematology as appropriate.
Dose/Frequency of Administration1 g/kg adjusted body weight (up to a maximum dose of 100g) weekly throughout pregnancy.
