Recommended Indications in which IG can be used

Recommendations	IVIG may be used for patients with nervous system or cardiac disorders who do not respond to standard therapy.
Dose/Frequency of Administration	2 g/kg adjusted body weight divided over 2 to 5 days, every 4 weeks. Once the patient’s condition has stabilized, consider titrating the dose and/or the treatment interval to the lowest dose necessary to maintain clinical effectiveness.
