Recommended Indications in which IG can be used

Recommendations	IVIG is recommended for suspected or confirmed VITT. The diagnosis must be made by a hematologist.
Dose/Frequency of Administration	2 g/kg actual body weight divided over 2 to 5 days. Dose may be repeated if clinically indicated.
