Hemolytic Disease of the Fetus and Newborn (HDFN)

Recommended Indications in which IG can be used

Recommendations	IVIG is recommended in infants with HDFN and severe hyperbilirubinemia if total serum bilirubin (TSB) is rising despite intensive phototherapy/hydration, in consultation with high-risk obstetrician or maternal-fetal medicine specialist and transfusion medicine.
Dose/Frequency of Administration	0.5 g/kg over 4 hours.
