Ontario Contingency Plan for the Management of Blood Shortages Version 3

The Ontario Provincial Emergency Blood Management Plan (Version Date: October 31, 2016) outlines the provincial response to a blood shortage and together with the Toolkit, provides your hospital with guidance and tools to better prepare for the event of a national blood shortage, consistent with other hospitals across the province and across Canada.
