Nous avons re\u00e7u 184 r\u00e9ponses compl\u00e8tes contenant des renseignements pr\u00e9cieux; merci \u00e0 tous ceux qui ont particip\u00e9. Voici quelques-uns des r\u00e9sultats de cette enqu\u00eate. We received 184 full responses containing valuable information; thank you to all those who participated. Below are some of the results from that survey.  <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/transfusionontario.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/WebSurvey-NLimg1Fr-1024x600.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9356\" style=\"width:503px;height:327px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Sur les 184 r\u00e9ponses compl\u00e8tes, la majorit\u00e9 \u00e9taient des technologues (61 %) et des infirmi\u00e8res (22 %), ce qui souligne la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour nous d\u2019atteindre d\u2019autres groupes d\u00e9mographiques professionnels dans le r\u00e9seau de m\u00e9decine transfusionnelle. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/transfusionontario.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/WebSurvey-NLimg2Fr-1024x704.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9358\" style=\"width:523px;height:349px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Parmi ceux qui travaillent dans un domaine qui implique la m\u00e9decine transfusionnelle et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, 33 % ont indiqu\u00e9 qu\u2019ils participaient quotidiennement \u00e0 des politiques concernant la m\u00e9decine transfusionnelle. Soixante-dix pour cent (70 %) ont indiqu\u00e9 une participation au moins hebdomadaire. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/transfusionontario.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/WebSurvey-NLimg3Fr-1024x638.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9360\" style=\"width:514px;height:329px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019on a demand\u00e9 aux participants de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir au format qu\u2019ils pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent apprendre \u00e0 propos de la m\u00e9decine transfusionnelle, ils ont massivement indiqu\u00e9 qu\u2019ils pr\u00e9f\u00e9raient ou pr\u00e9f\u00e9raient compl\u00e8tement les ressources num\u00e9riques et les modules d\u2019apprentissage en ligne avec 85% et 80%, respectivement. Les sites Web de soins de sant\u00e9 et les webdiffusions en direct ne sont pas loin derri\u00e8re avec 68% et 64%, respectivement. Les m\u00e9dias sociaux \u00e9taient le format le moins pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 avec seulement 16% des personnes choisissant pr\u00e9f\u00e8re l\u00e9g\u00e8rement ou pr\u00e9f\u00e8re compl\u00e8tement.   <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/transfusionontario.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/WebSurvey-NLimg4Fr-1024x616.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9362\" style=\"width:539px;height:338px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Les trois raisons principales pour lesquelles les r\u00e9pondants avaient visit\u00e9 le site Web de transfusionontario.org \u00e9taient pour trouver une ressource ou une trousse d\u2019outils li\u00e9e \u00e0 la transfusion (56 % des r\u00e9pondants), de trouver de l\u2019information sur un \u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00e0 venir (34 % des r\u00e9pondants) et de trouver de l\u2019information sur un programme d\u2019apprentissage en ligne (25 % des r\u00e9pondants).<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/transfusionontario.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/WebSurvey-NLimg5Fr-1024x600.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9364\" style=\"width:560px;height:321px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Lorsque les r\u00e9pondants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s sur leurs exp\u00e9riences r\u00e9centes sur le site Web de transfusionontario.org, les trois \u00e9nonc\u00e9s avec lesquels ils \u00e9taient les plus d\u2019accord \u00e9taient les suivants :<br>1. \u00ab Je fais confiance au site du RRoCS \u00bb<br>2. \u00ab Je dirigerais un coll\u00e8gue vers le site Web du RRoCS \u00bb<br>3. \u00ab J\u2019ai pu trouver ce que je cherchais \u00bb<br>La d\u00e9claration avec laquelle ils \u00e9taient le moins d\u2019accord \u00e9tait: \u00ab J\u2019ai aim\u00e9 la conception du site \u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/transfusionontario.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/WebSurvey-NLimg6Fr-1024x509.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9366\" style=\"width:-238px;height:-124px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019on a demand\u00e9 aux r\u00e9pondants \u00e0 propos des ressources auxquelles ils avaient acc\u00e9d\u00e9 lorsqu\u2019ils visitaient le site Web de l\u2019transfusionontario.org, l\u2019\u00e9nonc\u00e9 avec lequel ils \u00e9taient le plus d\u2019accord \u00e9tait le suivant : \u00ab Les ressources fournies \u00e9taient fiables \u00bb. L\u2019\u00e9nonc\u00e9 avec lequel ils \u00e9taient le moins d\u2019accord \u00e9tait le suivant : \u00ab La fa\u00e7on dont les ressources ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cat\u00e9goris\u00e9es \u00e9tait logique \u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/transfusionontario.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/WebSurvey-NLimg7Fr-1024x701.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9368\" style=\"width:-226px;height:-155px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Les m\u00e9dias sociaux \u00e9taient consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme les moins fiables de toutes les plateformes. Les plus fiables \u00e9tant YouTube et LinkedIn, avec 30% et 17% respectivement, les r\u00e9pondants indiquant qu\u2019ils les trouvaient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement ou compl\u00e8tement fiables. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/transfusionontario.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/WebSurvey-NLimg8Fr-1024x692.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9370\" style=\"width:561px;height:378px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Nous avons demand\u00e9 aux r\u00e9pondants sur une \u00e9chelle de 1 \u00e0 10 quelle serait la probabilit\u00e9 qu\u2019ils recommandent le R\u00e9seau r\u00e9gional ontarien de coordination du sang \u00e0 un coll\u00e8gue, et \u00e0 notre grand plaisir, 80 % des r\u00e9pondants ont choisi 8, 9 ou 10. <br> <br>RRoCS a pris en compte les commentaires de cette \u00e9tude de march\u00e9 et a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 appliquer une partie des commentaires \u00e0 nos ressources.
