{"id":10290,"date":"2023-04-17T09:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-04-17T13:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/transfusionontario.org\/avril-2023\/"},"modified":"2024-07-17T11:15:33","modified_gmt":"2024-07-17T15:15:33","slug":"avril-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/transfusionontario.org\/fr\/avril-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Ressources d\u2019apprentissage en ligne du RRoCS \u2013 Aider \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux exigences d\u2019agr\u00e9ment"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Troy Thompson, gestionnaire de programmes, RRoCS<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon les normes d\u2019agr\u00e9ment, tous les \u00e9tablissements doivent avoir un programme structur\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9valuation des comp\u00e9tences dans les services transfusionnels; le programme doit viser tous les membres de \u00ab l\u2019\u00e9quipe \u00bb, y compris les m\u00e9decins prescripteurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le syst\u00e8me de gestion des apprentissages du RRoCS (Learning Management System ou LMS) a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 en septembre 2021 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une collaboration avec Surge Learning Inc. Pour aider les \u00e9tablissements \u00e0 respecter les exigences d\u2019agr\u00e9ment en m\u00e9decine transfusionnelle, c\u2019est dans ce syst\u00e8me que se trouvent les ressources d\u2019apprentissage en ligne Sang difficult\u00e9 et celles du RRoCS qui sont mises \u00e0 la disposition des \u00e9tablissements comme outils d\u2019apprentissage et d\u2019\u00e9valuation des comp\u00e9tences. Les cours en ligne Bloody Easy Lite (destin\u00e9 au personnel m\u00e9dical), L\u2019administration du sang Sans difficult\u00e9 (destin\u00e9e au personnel infirmier) et l\u2019\u00e9valuation des technologistes nouvellement r\u00e9vis\u00e9e du RRoCS (destin\u00e9e aux technologistes) se trouvent sur la plateforme LMS.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le LMS permet aux utilisateurs de documenter par voie \u00e9lectronique l\u2019ach\u00e8vement de n\u2019importe lequel de nos cours d\u2019apprentissage en ligne et offre d\u2019autres caract\u00e9ristiques :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u2022 Proc\u00e9dure d\u2019auto-inscription en ligne<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possibilit\u00e9 de choisir de multiples affiliations, tant pour les administrateurs du site que pour les utilisateurs inscrits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capacit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9voir les dates d\u2019ach\u00e8vement des cours en ligne en fonction du poste occup\u00e9 par les utilisateurs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Messages automatis\u00e9s d\u2019inscription aux cours en fonction de la dur\u00e9e du renouvellement (annuel, bisannuel, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rapports complets destin\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019administration du site<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"orbcon-lms\">En outre, les modules d\u2019apprentissage en ligne Bloody Easy Lite et Bloody Easy Blood Administration peuvent \u00eatre accessibles \u00e0 partir du syst\u00e8me interne de gestion des apprentissages de chaque \u00e9tablissement apr\u00e8s le t\u00e9l\u00e9chargement des fichiers SCORM.
