H1-FAIT<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-regular\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Recommendations<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Antenatal treatment:<\/strong> IVIG (with or without corticosteroids) is recommended as first line treatment for women with a previously affected infant<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Dose\/Frequency of Administration<\/strong><\/td><td>Maternal dose based on the following risk stratification: <br><strong>Previous fetus with intracranial hemorrhage:<\/strong> Up to a total of 2 g\/kg weekly starting as early as 12-16 weeks gestation. <br><br><strong>No previous fetus with intracranial hemorrhage:<\/strong> Up to 1g\/kg weekly, starting as early as 20-26 weeks current gestation.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-82cafe99d9eda018604e7b1d68e00152\" style=\"background-color:#a5cbbf\"><strong>Order Number: H1-NAIT<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-regular\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Recommendations<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Newborn:<\/strong> IVIG is recommended as an adjunct to provision of platelets for infants with NAIT who have severe thrombocytopenia.<br><br>Treatment should be administered in consultation with obstetrical medicine and transfusion medicine with expertise in F\/NAIT.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Dose\/Frequency of Administration<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Infant dose:<\/strong> initial dose of 1 g\/kg, reassess following initial
